Article 50 transparency training
Article 50 applies from 2 August 2026. A generic session will not hold up.
The Article 50 transparency duties apply from 2 August 2026 and differ by actor and use case. Providers inform on direct AI interaction and machine-mark synthetic output. Deployers inform on emotion recognition or biometric categorisation and disclose deepfakes plus certain public-interest text. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 moves most standalone Annex III duties to 2 December 2027. LearnWize translates that actor split into role-based training and records.

A general workshop does not cover the transparency duty.
An organisation that provides a chatbot, a provider of generative systems, and a deployer publishing deepfakes or certain public-interest text face different duties. A marketer who only generates ordinary ad visuals does not automatically have a separate deployer label duty. Training should therefore start with actor, use case, and applicable paragraph.
Not every role has the same Article 50 duty.
Providers handle chatbot disclosure and machine-readable marking; deployers handle disclosure for deepfakes and certain public-interest text.
An attendance list does not prove understanding or application.

When does Article 50 apply?
The Article 50 transparency duties apply from 2 August 2026. Only providers of Article 50(2) systems placed on the market before that date have until 2 December 2026 to comply with machine-readable marking. That transition does not apply to deployer disclosure duties under Article 50(4).
Is this a legal compliance guarantee?
