This documentation matters beyond compliance. When a regulator asks how your organization ensures AI literacy, you need more than a training schedule. You need evidence of understanding. Why this works when day-long workshops do not
The four-week model works because it respects three realities about adult learning in professional settings.
People forget fast. The forgetting curve is brutal. Without reinforcement, people lose 70% of new information within 24 hours.
