Why an LMS, a GRC tool and a certificate each miss something

Background
Where the term comes from
AI is used across everyday work, from reviewing documents to preparing decisions and answering customer questions. Employees need to understand what the tools can and cannot do. Role-based training connects that understanding to the tasks they perform and the people affected by the results. Where personal data is involved, relevant privacy topics are part of the existing learning tracks.
The answer used to be scattered: a course in the LMS, a certificate in a mailbox, an attendance list in a spreadsheet, a register in a GRC tool. None of those was built to prove a duty per person. What is the difference between an AI literacy dossier and an LMS?
