Plan on SCORM, and ask your SAP contact about LTI before assuming it. Because a SCORM copy cannot know when the law moves, agree up front how you will be told that a module was revised.

- How much work is it to put this into SAP SuccessFactors Learning?
- A SCORM package is upload and publish. An LTI 1.3 connection is a one-time configuration by your administrator: exchange keys, register the tool and pick the place in the course. After that nothing changes for learners, because they still start from your own environment.
- Can we cap the number of participants and the duration?
- Yes. Every rollout carries its own duration and its own seat cap. When the cap is reached the next person is refused rather than silently added, and central updates still reach everyone already inside.
- What happens to the content when the law changes?
- With a live connection people see the revised version as soon as it is ready. With a package the copy stays as it was, so agree up front how you will be told a module was revised. We publish that publicly anyway, per legal change and with the affected modules listed.
